Amenities and Services...

Enhanced breakfast buffet-- For your delight, we freshly prepare delicious morning rolls, breads, cereal, fruit,  warm Belgian waffles and gourmet coffee and other beverages and serve them in our common parlor.  Or take advantage of having your breakfast delivered to you. Available 8am-10:30am

Housekeeping -- Our mid day housekeeping ensures your morning is peaceful and your evening is quiet. We do provide evening housekeeping and turn down available by request.

Information Services -- A daily newspaper and local news is delivered to your suite by 8 a.m. from June to October.  Extensive information on area attractions and events is available in our common parlor.

Check in is a 3pm, Checkout is 11:00 am. $20 per hour fee for early check in / late checkouts. Guests who don't check out by 1pm will get a charged our nightly fee.

Bath Amenities -- Gilchrist & Soames® bath amenities are available in all Villas & are also for sale in lobby and on our  web-site.  Romantic Villas offer an extensive selection of bath amenities and kimono robes for use during your stay.

Water Recreation --An Indoor Roman Spa is available year around our outdoor heated pool with patio picnic area nearby is available from late May through early September.  Gas grills are available year around.

Entertainment -- All Villas incorporate a color TV, CD player and VCR/DVD combo.  Selections from our CD and Video library are available at no charge.  Cable TV is now installed. All Villas have high speed wireless interent.

From spacious private patios and balconies guests can observe boating, sailing, Bald Eagle watching and fishing activities, or our magnificent sunsets and romantic moonlight evenings.

Our incomparable facility, combined with our magnificent view, has drawn people from 23 states and many foreign countries to Bay Point Inn.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY 2 BEDROOM SUITES. ALL SUITES ON THE PROPERTY ARE THE SAME SIZE. THERE ARE JUST A FEW EXTRA AMENITIES IN OUR PREMIER ROMANTIC VILLA WHICH ARE LISTED BELOW.

 Kitchens are equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, blender, four cup coffee brewer, dishwasher and full complement of cooking utensils and tableware

The Tree House Villa

We only have one Tree House Villa on our property.

The Tree House has all the same features as our Premier Romantic Villa but it also features the best view on the property & a kohler bathroom featuring a triple kohler shower.

Premier Romantic Villas for friends

In response to many requests we now have two Premier Romantic Villas that have a king size bed that will split into two extra long twin configurations for bedroom sleeping. They both also have a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.  Traveling friends may find this option desirable as it offers separate conventional bedding for two to four persons.  Ask for Premier Romantic Villa # 11 or #13.
