Is this a special occasion?

If you have requested a reservation we will enter your reservation when it is received by us and send you a tentative confirmation for approval.  Once you have approved the reservation you must guarantee your reservation with a credit card and a deposit equal to the first night's stay will be required.  You can supply credit card information by calling 800.707.6660.

Hospitality Information:

     TERMS  

 

·    Reservations made more than 14 days prior to arrival require a deposit equal to the first night’s stay--You may cancel or change this reservation any time before 14 days prior to arrival.  Your deposit will be returned less a $25.00 cancellation fee. 

·    Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival require a deposit of the full amount of the stay at the time the reservation is accepted.  No cancellations.

·    We require a three night stay over weekends in July and August and on the Memorial, Labor Day and the first three weekends in October.  A two night stay is required on summer weekdays and June, September and late October weekends.  No refunds will be given for early departures or shortened stays.

·    Rates are based on double occupancy.  Additional persons except infants are $20 per evening, no exceptions.

·    Your quarters consist of a one bedroom air conditioned Villa with a private bedroom with a single king bed.  Each villa has a private bath, fully equipped kitchen and living area with sleeper sofa, TV, CD player and fireplace.  All linens are provided.  Daily housekeeping is offered after 10 AM and evening housekeeping is available.  Your private deck has a table and two reclining chairs.  Your Villa will accommodate a maximum of four persons plus a crib. 

·    Unless you have requested a specific Villa, we will assign you to an available Villa of the category requested.  If you request a specific Villa we will make every possible effort to comply with your wishes.  Please understand that such requests cannot be guaranteed.

·    FRIENDS MAY REACH YOUR VILLA ONLY BY CALLING 920 868-3298 and entering your extension number.   Your tentative Villa assignment and extension number is 12.    Our Toll Free number does not connect to guest rooms.

·    Waffles, baked egg strata, Fruit, hot beverages, juice, cereal and home baked pastries are available after 7:30 AM daily in our parlor.

·    Our outdoor heated pool and whirlpool are open from 9:00 AM to dusk—June through September.  Pool towels are provided.

·    Normal check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.  Late check outs are subject to our cleaning schedule and cannot be guaranteed.

·    You may be charged for phone usage, additional occupants, additional services you request, incidental charges and damage to your unit caused by you.

·    We are not responsible for any loss of valuables.  A portable safe is available at no charge.

·    Pets are not allowed.  Trailers are subject to approval.  Smoking within the building or in your Villa is prohibited by Wisconsin Statute.

Wisconsin State and County tax of 5.5% is added to all charges plus 5.5% room tax. American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Diner Club credit cards are accepted. Suites are smoke free.  Pets are not allowed.  We request that persons with special needs identify their needs when making a reservation.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

Location When traveling from the South and West find Interstate 43, take North to Green Bay. Then take State highway 57 North East to Sturgeon Bay to State Highway 42 North to Egg Harbor.
