One of the Midwest’s most-acclaimed half marathons, the Door County Half Marathon and Nicolet Bay 5k take place in Peninsula State Park. Run along the shore, atop bluffs, and through the woods on a closed, road course. More than 2,700 runners make this one of the largest endurance events in Door County!
This is a rare opportunity to see the inner workings of the area’s largest and best-known shipyards. Tour Bay Shipbuilding, Palmer Johnson Yachts and Great Lakes Yacht Services, which are open to the public just this one day each year!

In the past 13 years this gathering of Scottie devotees around North America has raised and donated over $114,000.00 to support Scottish Terrier health related research and Scottie Rescue.
